Loading ...James “Sandman” Fullington was arrested last night in Yonkers for throwing glasses at the employees of a restaurant (La Lanterna) he was eating at. When officers arrived, Sandman started throwing glasses at them, too, resulting in two offices suffering cuts on their arms. He was arrested and charged with second degree assault, a felony, third degree criminal mischief, also a felony, second degree reckless endargement and resisting arrest. He was also submitted to psychiatric evaluation. During the incident, the owner of the restaurant threw a bottle at Sandman to try and stop him, and this busted him open. Police had to point their guns at Sandman to get him to calm down.
